Dr Mohsen Shariatinia is Assistant Professor of regional studies at the Economics and Political Sciences Faculty, Shahid Beheshti University of Tehran(SBU).
He received his PhD in international relations from the Allameh Tabataba’I University at Tehan, Law and Politics Faculty.
He is a leading expert in international relations especially in East Asian studies and has published several books and articles on these topics in Persian and English. His publications primarily focus on Iran’s stance and position in the Middle East as well as on the international level.
among his recent works, “Will China play a role in lessening pressure on Iran?” (2019) sheds light on how the Islamic Republic is relying on China amidst the so-called “maximum pressure” campaign from Washington on Tehran.
